Position

We have an exciting opportunity for you within our Engineering & Innovation team in our Technology Innovation direction. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person like you to join us on this R&D adventure.


As Technical Packaging Coordinator, you will be the creative mind behind the planning and execution of a variety of challenging technical activities.

You will be at the heart of the action, working on the Business Campus and in the Pescara Plant.

You will have the opportunity to put your ideas and theories to the test directly in the field, supporting the implementation of technical projects within our Pescara plant, on our packaging and palletising lines.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing complex test plans on production lines, identifying test conditions and generating accurate and reproducible data.
  • Use your technical expertise to execute upgrade and optimisation projects on production equipment in an efficient and innovative manner within time and cost constraints.
  • Analysing results independently and providing recommendations based on detailed observations.
  • Manage construction sites, to bring identified changes into the field until final acceptance

You will also document and summarise experimental data in high-quality technical reports. You will share valuable information through our dedicated tools and contribute to our organisational projects, in line with our high safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Technical qualification or a three-year degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics or Electrics
  • At least 5 years' experience in a technical role, within companies in the packaging industry or related fields
  • Use of Autocad, Solid Edge
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Appreciated experience in commisioning or automation, control logic
  • A predisposition for teamwork
  • A positive, proactive and results-oriented mentality.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office programmes.
